In an Iyengar yoga class with Karolina, you can expect a safe and structured practice that emphasizes precision, alignment, and awareness in every posture. Through carefully planned sequencing, the class helps develop strength, flexibility, and stamina, while the use of props like belts, blocks, and bricks ensures proper alignment and deeper relaxation. Each each session ends with a deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.
As a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, Karolina upholds high teaching standards, having completed rigorous training over two years. To maintain her certification, she continues to attend workshops and conventions, ensuring excellence in her teaching and making Iyengar yoga accessible to everyone.
